We've set up the system so that all members are given a member login password when they join the fund. This password can be used to access the secure member area. You can get to this area by clicking on "Members" next to "Login" in the top left corner of our website.
To access your online account, the same process applies for a transition to retirement account as with a super account. Remember, your pension account balance is separate to your super. You cannot access your pension account details by logging into your super account.
Alternatively, to access your account details, you can speak to Customer Service on 1800 640 886, or contact one of our relationship managers.
If you're having trouble logging in, simply fill in the fields under "Register / Reset password" in the secure member log-in area to receive a new password. You can then use this password to log-in to your account. You can then reset this password at any time.
