Can you tell me if I can buy accidental death and income protection insurance through Media Super? I am trying to toss-up whether to stay with my existing work super, as I get insurance (of sorts) with this fund, or if I should rollover all super to Media Super. We offer insurance for Death Only or Death and Total and Permanent Disablement, as well as Pay Protector (Income Protection) insurance. We recently negotiated a better deal for all members, reducing the premiums payable for our insurance.
We buy insurance in bulk and pass the savings on to members. We're run only to benefit members, so insurance is even better with us.
