- Employer-sponsored account
If your employer is a participating Media Super employer, you are considered an 'Employer-sponsored member' and should open this type of account.
- Personal account
Anyone who is eligible to join a super fund can start this type of account. It is designed for those who need a flexible super account, especially if you are:
- Self-employed, freelance or contracting
- Receiving spouse contributions
- Selecting Media Super under super choice, where your employer is not a participating employer
