From 1 July 2021, some aspects of your insurance will change, including the cost of cover and the waiting period and benefit period for default Income Protection.
Complete and submit this form if you'd like to keep your current Income Protection:
You'll need to submit your request by the date specified in the letter or email we sent you about the changes. Otherwise, your cover will change to a 60-day waiting period and 2-year benefit period, with effect from 1 July 2021.
