Media Super members can access an integrated range of financial advice services. From general enquiries about building super to the development of a comprehensive financial plan, we’re here to help.

Fast and friendly phone-based assistance

From 8am to 7pm (AEST) on weekdays, our dedicated phone-based Helpline Advisers# can provide general or limited personal advice about contribution strategies, insurance and investment options available to you within Media Super.

Personal help where and when you need it

For face-to-face assistance with any paperwork and general advice about managing your super, your mobile Business Development Manager can call you or visit you at your workplace. They can also tailor an educational workshop on various super topics for you and your colleagues.

If you require more complex or tailored personal advice, you can arrange an appointment with a Fund-based Financial Planner.
