OPTIMISTIC FINANCIAL YEAR OUTLOOK
With the French election (the last of the major global elections for 2016-17) behind us, we are cautiously optimistic that our strong, first quartile performance will continue and that we will satisfy your return expectations for the financial year.
Media Super’s Balanced investment option is invested across shares (Australian and international), property and infrastructure, fixed interest investments, our film financing fund and cash. Plus we have portfolio insurance in place to reduce the impact of losses if share markets fall heavily. We are one of the few funds that has this type of insurance in place.
We have delivered strong investment returns over the past 12 months and we’re confident that we’ve got the right investment strategy to maximise your returns in the long term.
