Our refreshed member secure site is now live, designed to make managing your retirement savings even easier.
So what’s new?
The new site doesn't just give you the latest information about your super and pension, it provides you with insights about what these figures mean for your retirements income to help you make better informed decisions.
When you log in, you’ll see your dashboard, which brings together all your key info on a single screen – your account balance, estimated retirement balance, your insurance cover and your current investments.
For pension members, this screen shows you how long your retirement savings will last, and provides helpful tips.
Clicking through brings up detailed info about each area, as well as tools to help you boost your balance, make your retirement income last longer and check if your insurance cover and investment options are right for you.
Finding and combining* multiple or lost super accounts couldn’t be easier – a search only takes a few minutes and you’ll have your money in three business days. No forms, no fuss.
For pension members, you’ll be able to quickly and easily update your regular payments and request one-off payments, as well as request a Centrelink schedule.

Head to the personal details page and make sure your contact details – address, email and phone numbers – are all up to date to ensure you never lose track of your super savings.

Super members have access to e-advice – it’s an easy to use tool that helps you to better understand your super savings and see how changes to your investment options or additional contributions can boost your super.

You still access the secure site by clicking on the ‘login’ button in the top right-hand corner of this site. And if you have the page bookmarked, it hasn't changed.
If you’ve logged in before, your existing pin/password and your member number are all you need.
