Early access to super applications

If your application through myGov for an early release payment is approved by the ATO, they will send you a confirmation and notify Media Super. We will generally process your payment within five business days. Read the full details about timing and info to check before applying.

Say yes to an e-statement

It’s almost time for your annual Media Super member statement to be issued and this year members have the option to choose to receive an electronic statement only.

What do you need to do?

It’s simple, all you need to do is confirm your communications preferences in your online account before Friday 21 August.

You’ll need your member number and PIN/password to log in. If you’ve forgotten your PIN/password or don’t have one, you can reset it online or call us on 1800 640 886 if you need assistance.

Once on the communications preference page you just need to :

  1. Look for the ‘Benefit statements’ section
  2. Select ‘All electronic methods’
  3. Click ‘Submit’

That’s it, you’re done.

Secure site comms preferences

Your electronic statement will be issued to you in mid-September. We’ll email you to let you know when it’s available to view in your secure online account.

Prefer print?

We understand some members may still prefer a printed copy to be delivered and you still have that option.

You will just need to let us know by 21 August. You can do this by:

  • updating your communications preferences in your online account to ‘post’
  • calling us on 1800 640 886.

Your printed copy will be delivered to your letterbox in mid-September.

Remember, you can check on the progress of your super at anytime in your secure online account.
