Career overview:
Joshua was appointed Chief Member Officer in July 2026 and is responsible for supporting the Fund’s membership across the member and employer services, insurance, advice and complaints functions.
Joshua has built an extensive career in superannuation and financial advice leadership. Before joining CBUS, he spent ten years in executive roles at Vic Super and industry fund HESTA. At HESTA he served as Chief Engagement and Growth Officer, Chief Member Engagement Officer and Chief Advice Officer and prior to this was Executive Manager, Distribution at VicSuper. In these roles, he led operational planning and significant transformation across member advice, engagement, education, growth and service delivery. Earlier in his career, Joshua held senior financial advice leadership roles with Bendigo Bank and IOOF, and as a financial planner.
