How to make a claim
There are a few steps involved in making a claim, but we’ll let you know what you need to do and we will aim to keep you updated on your claim’s progress. If you have any questions along the way, contact us. And if you don’t have insurance or you are not sure if you can make a claim, contact the Media Super claims department on 1300 722 152.
