Investment options

We offer a range of investment options to suit your goals, how long you’ll be invested for and how much risk you’re comfortable with. You can leave the investment decisions to our experts or take a more active role in choosing how your super is invested.

When you join Media Super, your super will be invested in the Growth (MySuper) option. Once your account is open, you can choose the option that suits you best. Before making any changes, read the relevant PDS and Investment Guide. 

Our Pre-mixed options are invested across a range of asset classes. This includes shares, property, infrastructure, global credit, fixed interest and cash. How much we invest in each asset class depends on each option’s investment objective.

You can choose from the following Pre-mixed options:

• Growth (MySuper)
• High Growth
• Growth Plus
• Indexed Diversified
• Conservative Growth
• Conservative.

If you want more exposure to specific single sectors, like Australian shares or property, you can invest directly through one of our DIY options.

Keep in mind, when you invest in a single asset type, you won’t get the same level of diversification as an investment in one of our Pre-mixed options.

• Cash.
