I’m overseas or travelling

Yes. You’ll need access to the mobile number linked to your account so you can receive your security code. 

If you don’t have access to your mobile number, please contact us. 

Check your phone can receive SMS messages while roaming.

I’m getting an error message

Read the message carefully and follow any instructions. 

Check for any information about a service outage.  

If you’re still having issues, contact us and tell us the exact error message and when it happened. 

Access your account via mediasuper.com.au and select Member login rather than a saved bookmark or old link.

I haven’t received a security code

Poor mobile reception can delay security codes. 

Request a new code and use the latest one sent. 

You’ll see the last three digits of the mobile number that the code was sent to. Check it matches your current mobile number. 

If it doesn’t, please call 1800 640 886 from 8am to 8pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday. 

Check if messages from Media Super or United Super have been blocked or filtered as spam by your messaging app. 

Use the most recent code only. Earlier codes may no longer work. 

I’m registering for online access

The details you are trying to register may not match the details we have on your account. 

While you’re registering, check your name, mobile number and email address carefully. 

If your employer provided your details and something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll help. 

Yes. Remove any spaces before or after your mobile number, email address or other details when registering. 

Check your inbox, junk and spam folders.

Go to mediasuper.com.au/login and select Forgotten your password? and follow the prompts. You’ll need to know your member number so we can identify you.

Your account may lock after several unsuccessful sign-in attempts. This helps keep your account secure. 

Wait until the time shown in the message has passed, then try again. 

If you still can’t log in, reset your password or contact us.
