Dedicated Employer Helpline

If you find yourself with questions about anything to do with your business's super requirements, call our dedicated Employer Helpline on 1800 640 886 and follow the prompts. You'll need your business ABN and login email address on hand. The Employer Helpline is available between 9.00am and 5.00pm (AEST/AEDT) weekdays.

Media Super's experienced Business Development Managers are available around Australia to visit your workplace. They're on hand to help take the hassle out of super for your business by answering your questions and assisting with admin processes.

Our Business Development Managers can also provide tailored educational workshops or one-on-one meetings for your employees. If you get asked a lot of questions about super from your employees, a workplace visit might be right for your business.

Helpline Advisers# can provide members with limited advice about contribution strategies, investment options and insurance.

If members require more complex advice, we can refer them to a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER* (CFP®). An appointment with a planner could help members work through complex superannuation, retirement, and financial planning situations.

If your employees are going through a time of financial upheaval, like redundancy or the loss of a loved one, personalised financial planning could be particularly valuable.
