Whether you have two employees or 200, Media Super is here to support your business.

Dedicated Employer Helpline

Workplace visits

Media Super's experienced Senior Employer Engagement Managers are available around Australia to visit your workplace. They're on hand to help take the hassle out of super for your business by answering your questions and assisting with admin processes.

Our Education team can also provide tailored educational workshops or one-on-one meetings for your employees. If your employees ask you a lot of questions about super, a workplace visit might be right for your business.

Tailored workshops and seminars

Let us answer your employees' questions about their super. We can facilitate comprehensive and tailored educational seminars, covering super-related topics like retirement planning, salary sacrifice, co-contribution, investment choice and pensions.

Advice Services

The Advice Services team can provide members with limited advice over the phone at no additional cost. Our Advisers can help members understand their options and what they need to consider before making any changes. They can provide a personal recommendation on topics like contribution strategies, your superannuation investment options, and ways to maximise super for retirement.

Members can call Advice Services on 1800 640 886 (option 4) from 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday (AEDT/AEST) or visit our Ways we can help page.

Financial planning

If members require more complex advice, we can refer them to a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER* (CFP®). An appointment with a financial planner could help members work through complex superannuation, retirement, and financial planning situations.

Regular communication

We're committed to keeping you updated with the latest details about your account and super changes that could affect your business. Our website and blog are updated frequently with relevant information for both you and your employees.
